After graduating from DePauw University, William “Bill” M. Radostits began his career with a major oil company in the petrochemical marketing division in 1980.
In order to focus more on customer needs and offer valuable service, Bill founded Radchem Products, Inc., operating out of Naperville, IL.
Radchem Products, Inc. moved its corporate office to Addison, IL from 1995 – 2012, and then to Orland Park, IL from 2012 – June 2023.
After his service in the United States Marine Corps, William “Will” J. Radostits joined Radchem in 2014, where he subsequently held the positions of Logistics Manager, Supply Manager, Director of Supply, and COO.
Effective September 1, 2021, William “Will” J. Radostits was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Radchem.
Bill and Kathy retired from their roles as CEO and Vice President, respectively, on December 31, 2022, after 42 years in the industry.
Will Radostits was named CEO on January 1, 2023.
As of July 2023, Radchem’s Corporate office is now located in Romeoville, IL. Radchem continues to successfully expand throughout North America with business in more than 30 states and provinces throughout the US and Canada.
